Cute 2/1 bungalow with fenced backyard available early 2018 (we're pretty flexible). It's close to the University, good restaurants on the East side / Manor Rd area as well as Hyde Park. Just a short drive downtown. A washer/dryer are in the unit and all bills will be covered except for cable/internet (negotiable). The driveway and carport will be shared with a tenant in the back house. We've loved living in this area, it's close to everything great Central Austin has to offer. Unfortunately, a growing family requires more space. One thing to note is the house is painted a different color than in the photos (older photos, the inside is pretty messy right now while we are packing). We're looking for great long term tenants!
