So much work has been recently done!!! Freshly painted, new laminate flooring on first floor and new carpet up. Some new lighting, remodeled kitchen with granite counters, center island and lovely backsplash. The family room has a wood ceiling and ceiling fan. The master bedroom offers a huge walk-in closet (most recently used as an office). There is a 18x5 sunroom that has electric heat with a beautiful view of the pond. Furnace & CA were replaced 6/6/13 and furnace was cleaned and serviced last week. Air vents were also cleaned last week. Appliances stay and do work, but not warranted. Enjoy all the amenities that Oak Borough has to offer...ponds, club house, pool and tennis.
