I have great neighbors, people who have lived here for ages and other newbies in the condos nearby. There are many owner occupied homes, which gives the street a nice homey feel. It's **very easy to get to BART on Mandela**. The pathway is truly gorgeous, nice for a stroll and the bike path is well-defined. There's a well-kept play structure on the corner of Peralta and Hannah. You'll be walking distance from Home Depot, IKEA, Target, Kilovolt Coffee, Horn Barbeque and the City Slicker Farm Park. - MOVE IN TIMING, UTILITIES and RENTER'S INSURANCE: The current tenants will be moving out by the end of June. I can accommodate new renters shortly thereafter (July 3rd at earliest). This house is owned and managed by me, someone who has lived in it and loved it (not a property manager).
