The house is currently all male, majority of the household is in their early 30's and 40's. We are looking for a responsible easy-going individual who enjoys clean shared spaces. We all mostly do our own thing and keep to ourselves but enjoy chatting and hanging out on the porch when the occasion arises. Not a party house. The house is two stories with a basement and is light and bright with big windows, high ceilings and wood floors. It is conveniently located close to I5 and 500 and just 10 minutes to WA State University or downtown Portland and five minutes to Clark College. The bus line is one block away. Street parking. Washer and Dryer on site. Rent is $700 plus shared utilities (internet, electrical, water/sewage and garbage).
