HUGE townhouse!My roommate and I are moving out at the beginning of September are looking for someone to take over our lease. Our current lease expires March 13, 2015 with a monthly rental amount of $1210. Because you won't be able to move in until the second week of September, we are offering a prorated amount of $900 for September. You will be the only ones living here, though my roommate and I's names must stay on the lease for 60 days after you move in before we can be released from our contract and fully turn the townhouse over to you. No utilities are included. However, the water bill has never hit $40 (and we are girls with a lot of hair and a lot of laundry -- washer and dryer included!). Gas and electric vary monthly, though they have never passed $100 together even in the coldest/hottest months. The complex has a deal with Comcast for cable and internet. Lovely, open floorplan. Each bedroom has a private bath, and there is a half bath downstairs. The community is safe, pleasant, and very welcoming.
