Featuring - 1,400-acre private resort with 2 golf courses, 5 restaurants, 2-story ceiling gym, 2 beaches, 2 large kid-friendly pools, and a waterpark. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a TV and Apple TV in the living room, guest room, and master bedroom (not the kids' room), WiFi, a fully-stocked high-end kitchen, and a large wrap-around deck. Western view from the condo and resort, so beautiful nightly sunsets from the balcony. Golf cart which accommodates 4-adults is available free of charge. Larger golf cart can be rented from local company. The Ritz has suspended temporary memberships due to COVID, to reduce the quantity of people on the resort. Unless guests already have memberships or are friends with members (accompanied by members), they will not be able to go to the gym, waterpark, beach club, or golf. Available June 1 - August 31 at $20,000/mo including utilities, parking space, and 4-seater golf cart. $2,000 refundable damage deposit. Preferable as a 3-month rental, but available per month. Open to 6-month long-term rental agreement for February + May-September or April-September. The Ritz allows 6-month membership agreements (they've temporarily stopped short-term memberships but still allow lease agreements to purchase 6-month memberships).
