This house is located across the street from ours. According to Realtors, houses have generally appreciated 10% in the last 6 months in our neighborhood which indicates this house could have sold for $220,000 today **************************************************************************************** 3619 S. Albright (2110 sq ft): Listed for $199,000 and sold on 9/6/18 for $184,500. This house is located on Albright which is a very busy road compared to Susan Court. We believe our home is a much more desirable place to raise a family because it is on a quite Cul-De-Sac and has a fenced in backyard big enough for the whole family to enjoy. **************************************************************************************** NOTES: Neither of these houses has a fenced in backyard or a Large Paver Brick Patio like ours. These houses do have a finished basement, however, the Center Township Assessor said a finished basement will increase your annual tax bill between 20 - 25%. Also, your annual insurance costs will also increase. Our unfinished basement can remain in it's current state if you don't want to pay the extra taxes/insurance or it can be refinished as you would like it.
