Spray painted obscenities have been primed over and are ready for re-paint. A few holes in lathe and plaster walls will take a little more effort. There are old growth fir floors downstairs under the carpet. House has insulated windows, gas furnace, large fenced yard in back. There are two bedrooms down and two up. Yes, I know there is not a closet in the front bedroom upstairs but every tenant that has rented this house over the last 18 years had somebody sleeping in there. It's a bedroom. YOU build the closet! I'm tired. Large living room and formal dining room plus a huge kitchen with eating space. The kitchen and bathroom are due for an update, and as you will see the whole house will need a re-paint on the inside. Some patching and repair as well. I had the exterior painted.
