This house is in a location that I personally love. I lived a block and a half away for 5 or 6 years. I consider South East Roanoke my home and have been active in all of their neighborhood groups. Just a few blocks from Downtown Roanoke City. Great location that is close to everything. You can see and walk to Elmwood Park from the house. If you don't know, Elmwood is where most of the festivals are and they have great concerts, etc. Its also very close to the civic center where all of the big concerts, shows and things happen. It's just down the road from the Jefferson School of Health Sciences and close to Carilion's Roanoke Memorial Hospital. The highway is a couple blocks away so your a very short drive from both Valley View Mall where Walmart, Target and everything else is and Tanglewood Mall which is the other direction.South East Roanoke is at the gateway to Smith Mountain Lake.
