One adult may occupy the room. Rent @$1,400/month, $1,400 deposit. A $35 non-refundable background check/credit report fee per applicant and co-signer will be charged for applicants under final consideration. Given that the current residents have disabilities, this room is ideal for someone who is kind, accepting, quiet and willing to wear headphones if watching TV/listening to music. We hope the right person would enjoy being around young men who have communication and mobility challenges, but are happy and able to fully participate in all that life has to offer them. The house has a mandated "quiet time" from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. There is a $40 monthly contribution to household supplies. Utilities not included.
