Lakeside Apartments are nestled in the woods for a lovely country-like setting. They are 8 single-story triplexes, so you don't have any neighbors on top of you and very few neighbors on the sides as well. This makes for peaceful living with lots of natural shade in the neighborhood. Each home is a 1 BR/1BA and they all come equipped with a refrigerator, range, a window A/C, and heater. The landlord pays for water and hot water, trash, and landscaping. This unit was remodeled in 2022 with a brand new kitchen and beautiful wood-looking vinyl plank flooring. We do accept pets with approval and additional pet fees. No smoking in the units. We are currently offering 6-month leases. No Smoking in the unit and the owners do not accept applicants with past evictions or debts owed to prior landlords. If you have a cat or small dog, there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 plus a $25 pet rent each month per pet. All pets must be pre-screened and accepted by msh.petscreening.com, where you can also find our complete pet policy. Cats and SMALL dogs only at this complex. We have a background / credit check fee of $35.00 per applicant that is 18 years old or older.
