The owner pays for water. The renter is responsible for electricity. Rent is due at the beginning of every month. Up to small pets permitted. *Renter must be comfortable with moving into the unit as is at the start of July. The unit is clean and as brand new and will be thoroughly cleaned before move-in. Renter will be taking over the remainder of the current lease which is July through September 14th. The current lease ends September 14th but lease term goes on a month-to-month base, so the new renter can decide to stay longer after that.
