College house right off campus! I'm graduating so my brother will be taking over the house with his friend. Looking for two more people men ages 18-24 -2 min walk from forest dorm -4 bedrooms -1/2 bath and full bath -Fully furnished living room and dining room -Kitchen w stove and fridge/freezer/garbage disposal -Two upstairs rooms carpeted with 1/2 bath Two windows and a closet in each -two bedrooms downstairs hardwood floor with full bath and larger closets. Two windows in each. -basement with cement ground and washer and dryer. -friends and I used to host parties there with an outdoor rug and pong table(included;) -large backyard -lawncare included -neighborhood access for walks/bike rides -close walk to stores along third street/college mall -I don't have professional pics right now but here are pictures I found in my camera roll.
