Hi All, I have a big house nearby ucla in westwood hills. It is walking distance to UCLA. I don't live there, but I have a cat who lives there with my five lovely male tenants that share space and living harmoniously together. One of them needs to leave soon, so I am looking for someone to take his room. People who live in the house are all pretty chill working professionals in their 30s and 40s. This room comes with a private bathroom right outside and next to the kitchen. The room comes with everything that you need to live, a queen size bed, table, chair, etc. Although you are welcome to use your own. There's private access to the room from backyard. The house comes with two living rooms. And one bar downstairs. Everything is newly remodeled during the pandemic. I also redo my backyard, it comes with multiple outdoor sitting areas, a garden and a yoga meditation pergola. Plenty of parking outside the house. The rent would be month by month but with minimum three months with one month of deposit. If it's a good fit for the house, I'd prefer long term. Utility and internet etc are shared among all tenants. Thank you, 3 months minimum, if it's a good fit to the house, then looking at annual lease.
