The landscaping throughout the community is breathtaking and walking is a must! We are within 30-45 min. from Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva and just 30 min. from the Southwest Regional Airport. First month's rent plus security deposit due upon signed lease. $100 application fee per person to the HOA and approval to perform a credit and background check. No pets allowed per HOA rules.
