It is energy-efficient with storm windows throughout, and a 50-gallon water heater and new microwave were recently installed. Refrigerator and stove will stay. Enjoy the lush, easy care lawn and beautiful rose gardens complete with under ground sprinklers and chain link fence. There is even a distant view of the lake! The storage shed has electricity and can even be used as a work shop. Our home is located in a gated manufactured home park which makes it extra secure!
