Fantastic location, 4 Minutes to Evergreen Lake / 6 minutes to Downtown / 35 minutes to Denver Union Station. Detached two-car garage. The home is so charming and was fully updated in 2017. The outdoor space is just as lovely as the home itself. The back deck and hidden garden are nestled in a boulder outcropping. In the spring, summer, and fall this property is lush and whimsical. Lots of wildlife visitors and bird watching. There is ample outdoor space, but no fully fenced-in yard. The house is on well water, and city sewer. Heat is a hot water baseboard system. There's a gas fireplace, but it's mostly for aesthetics. There are two homes on the property. The main house (this listing) and a guest cottage. The owners will temporarily be occupying the guest cottage and when they are not there may be other renters in the cottage. The cottage is attached to the garages for the main house (this listing), but both spaces are private. You won't have access to the cottage and the cottage won't have access to the garage. Otherwise, the two homes are totally separate, detached homes with separate private outdoor space as well. *There is a potential to include the 1 bed/ 1 bath guest cottage in the rental for an additional rate but will depend on the owner's relocation plans.* Showings will only be offered to qualified approved applicants.
