The bedroom is large and the private on-suite bathroom and walk-in closet are huge! The bedroom is just off the living room, which is furnished with very nice furniture and is nicely decorated with a western flair. The large kitchen has everything you need- a refrigerator/ freezer with icemaker, a huge microwave, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, and disposal. There's lots of cabinet space for whatever you want to bring. There's also a full sized washer and drier set in the apartment. The two other residents (adult women) of the apartment are clean, quiet, polite, and easy to get along with. Included is rent, utilities (electricity, Internet, and cable TV). That's probably the lowest rent of anyone at The Grove! And- you can have it from May 15 until June 1 for free if you'd like to move in early. We're right by the pool, which is great in the summer. Our building is also next to the clubhouse, so its very handy to go get the free coffee drinks offered all day, and the pizza, tacos, wings, that are served free to residents several evenings a week! The Grove is a great place to live. There's pool, sand volleyball court, and basketball court in the park-like courtyard. In the clubhouse is a work-out room, tanning bed, and a game/party room with pool table, table hockey, and Foosball. The Grove's beautiful library offers study group tables, comfy chairs, printers, computers, etc.- all for free Note: One resident has two small, quite, clean dogs and a cat in her room. They're no bother and are seldom seen, but could be a problem for anyone with pet allergies.
