Ground floor condo, flexable dates are available for the 2026 Winter/Spring season. You will be 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to your choice of restaurants, shopping and the Pompano Beach Pier. The unit includes a king size bed and pull out sofa in the living room. The condo is completely furnished with bedding, linens and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is 45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, and download the free "Circuit" app and schedule your pickup to nearby restaurants, the beach and shopping. The Water taxi is located down the street. Search online Pompano Beach Water Taxi for more information. For 2026 the rental is available for 3 months...dates are flexable. Rent includes all amenities and utilities. (wifi is included along with roku on 2 TVs.) We do require a cleaning fee upfront. No smoking in unit. Short walk to parking lot to smoke. One parking spot is available, close to the unit. Please leave unit as clean as you found it.
