The unit is fully furnished, TV, internet, linens, basic cooking equipment, etc. included w/one Queen mattress set. The space is vaulted and gets great light! When the weather is right, throw open all the french doors and enjoy the backyard and take advantage of the breeze! Located at the back of the property and completely independent, it is quiet and private. If you are without transportation, the cottage is just a short walk to the street car line as well.
