Landlord pays all utilities! 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home with large fenced in back yard, detached garage, shed and a long driveway for off street parking. Home comes with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms, hardwood floors, and A/C. 10 month lease with each student signing the lease. It would be August 1st through May 31st. (if you wanted the house in June and July we can make arrangements for that at a significantly discounted rate) The payment would be as follows: Option A: Pay for 5 months in advance and it would be $1875.00 per person or Option B: Pay per month and it would come out to $375.00 per month per person. A security deposit would be due at move in and it would be $1,500.00 split between all parties signing the lease. This does not have to be all or nothing, some may pay per month and others may pay in advance, each person can decide their own payment with me. Owner pays all utilities
