We've put a lot of updates in our home. Complete bathroom remodel in 2008. Completely gutted and updated the kitchen in 2004. Put on new roof (complete tear off) in 2006. New front porch put on in 2007. We have finished the downstairs with wood laminate flooring. Would love to sell this home as we have just had a baby and are "outgrowing" it with his toys. :) Neighborhood Description People are very friendly. Lots always going on in the summer. Honey Hut is within walking distance - makes for a fun summer evening stroll.
