Rent is at $850 a month for the master $650 for the other room and includes utilities, garage storage, professional cleaning, and internet! Property features - professional monthly cleaning of all shared space Air Conditioned - garage storage included with rent - Two full sized refrigerators - labeled kitchen cabinet & fridge space - Pikes Peak view from the patio & master - 3 bathrooms, one for the master two for the other 4 bedrooms (2 people per bathroom) - 6 month lease option - Super close to Powers shopping area - 10 minutes from Peterson SFB We do a 6 month lease with an option to renew Up front we require security deposit plus first months rent (pro rated based on move in date) We also require 420/cigarettes to be smoked outside on the porch. We don't want to smell it in the house please. Alcohol can be consumed responsibly please no irresponsible drinking. Parking is first come first serve for our 3 driveway spots, otherwise there's street parking Pets are allowed if they can stay in your room
