Welcome to our home! This is a carriage house nestled behind our house. You have your own entrance, own kitchen, own bathroom, own living room, etc but you get the benefit of having built-in community by proxy of us! We frequently have dominos game-night at our house in the front and we keep tabs on what things are going on in Chattanooga each week. A little about us: We are in our 30's and are big into Chattanooga's outdoor/yoga/ Latin-X communities. Laura teaches yoga and operates a yoga business. I, Ryan, used to be in the Adventure Therapy field but now I teach ESL and am am a house builder. We are both equally busy but are around frequently in the evenings and weekends. It is only us, no pets, but we do have a few cool neighbors around us as well. You can see all of the pictures of what would be your house below. There are a few shelves of local maps, guidebooks, games, and books in your living room. We look forward to be-friending you! Owners pays all bills. Minimum looking for 3-12month lease. It is Fully Furnished. No pets, no smoking.
