The house was at some point—likely the 1960s—given a complete facelift with a front addition to tne livingroom and entryway, a room addition behind the garage off the dining room, and a completely new cedar facade, which also includes the unique freestanding screen wall that conceals the front patio. In 2009 It was given a builder-grade refresh, shortly before I took ownership. It is now being remodeled to highlight the unique open layout, in a gentle combination of the US Midcentury and Scandinavian modern styles. If you're reading this, thanks!
