WOW This house was hit by the 10/20/2019 (do a google street view search), since then, we have replaced all the windows, the roof, the plumbing, the showers, the insulation, the HVAC system, the water heater, the cabinets, new quartz, new appliances, new tile, new lights, new lawn, new fence, new new new! I am a private landlord. I will not run your credit. I don't care what your credit is. I do care however about your background. I am semi background friendly. I will not allow hard criminals, no sex offenses, but minor offenses and non hard crimes will be considered. I need you to show proof of employment and income 3x the rent per month ($6600).
