Sunset hill is located blocks away from both the beach and downtown Ballard home to boutique shopping and world class restaurants. The bus stops 4 doors down. All utilities are included. A minimum stay of 6 months is required. No more than 2 occupants. A signed lease agreement is required. A damage deposit is required. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Rental Insurance is required. No smoking on the property. Pets are not permitted. Electricity, Water, Garbage and Recycling, and WiFi are included in the rent.
