When walking into the unit your eyes see beautiful wooden floors and a view of the banyan tree facing the ocean. It is bright and the sunrise greets you every morning. I have owned this unit for a year and keep it minimal, clean and comfortable. It is a retreat inside and outside on the lanai. Move-in date: 09/01/26 (with flexibility) Security deposit: One Month Rent due upon contracting. Utility responsibility: All is included except electrical. Electrical can be $75-$300 depending on AC usage. Guest/pet policies: No Pets. Guests are welcome as long as they are signed in according to Windward Passage requirements. Notice to Extend: You must submit your written decision to renew the lease at least 60 days prior to the expiration date. Notice to Vacate: If you choose not to extend, the same 60-day window applies to notify the landlord of your intent to move out.
