No carpet, new flooring in downstairs. Large partially fenced back yard, large covered porch. Lease for $650 a month, $1300 deposit, expires May 31st 2021. Rent guaranteed and paid by non profit. Tenant pays ALL utilities. Updates: The roof was completely replaced all new deck boards etc...(I have pictures) 30 year architecture shingles in April 2020. New gutters on back April 2020. Both sides replaced furnaces and ac units in 2018 with high efficiency Goodman units. New water heaters, updated electrical & plumbing to pass City of Belleville Electrical Inspection. Painting, some flooring. Passed Occupancy with City of Belleville. In the past rent has been $100 higher on each side but I gave violence prevention center a discount. The tax bill is based on it being worth $85,000, $2941.88. I pay $716.40 for insurance with Country Financial Lindsay Waters full replacement value $115,100.
