    Located on the third floor, the room you will be staying in has a decent view of the street and neighborhood. The room will be furnished with a desk, lamp, and bed (without sheets). The room has a private bathroom and a closet room. The home is near a plaza that provides all your basic needs like restaurants, CVS, and a grocery outlet. The home is located near Citrus College and is a walking distance from Azusa Pacific University, so all students are more than welcome to come to stay while they pursue further education. The landlord and property manager live on-site, which can be an inconvenience at times, but we will communicate so that everyone can be in a comfortable living space. *Looking for singular tenants* Electricity, water, gas, and internet bills are covered by the landlord. Other utilities, like the washing machine, dryer, kitchen, fridge, and AC are offered at no cost but can be taken away if used excessively. You will have to find street parking, which may be hard to do at times since the home is located in a population-dense area. Definitely no smoking in or near the home, and please try to avoid making the home smelly in any way since the air in the home is circulating. The establishment is fully carpeted, so please take off your shoes and avoid soiling the carpet. Electricity, water, and gas are included, but please don't take advantage of this, or me and the landlord will have to talk to you about it. We are looking for people who will stay here for the long term (at least around 6 months). The laundry room is available for use at all times, but please don't do your laundry for like 8 hours, or else we may need to enforce times you can do your laundry and how many hours it will stay open. No pets allowed. Since our home is a townhouse, please be considerate to the neighbors and remain relatively quiet after around 10 pm. We are very open to discussion and communication is very important to us. We want everyone to have a comfortable stay here and will carry out the necessary procedures to do so, but we have to take precautions since people have taken advantage of this in the past. If you are planning to move our, we will return your deposit to you if the room is in pretty good condition, which means nothing beyond the normal wear and tear, and cleaning fees are less than $50.
