All of the lots are at least 3 acres so that you get the feel of a community without the houses being on top of each other. The location gives a country feel even though you are 5 minutes from town. The house has been well taken care of. Garage doors are new. One of the heat pumps has recently been replaced and is still under warranty. A new pump and salt system have been put on the pool
