This home has 3 units: This unit is the casita while there is another building to the west that has an upstairs and downstairs unit. They each have private access and will be secure from one another. Each unit has a lane (the length of two cars) under the carport. These units are pet approvable properties. PETS MUST BE APPROVED through the application process and a $35/monthly pet fee/pet will apply. Utilities are to be dispersed between three units.
