Downstairs is an open living room-dining area-kitchen with two bedrooms opening off of it. Upstairs is an open loft with soaring windows, great for sleeping, living, or artist's space. Convenient downtown location close to dining, shopping, the square, and TxState. Small enclosed patio area is attached to the rental; full nearby gardens of the inn are available for tenants' use. Off street parking is adjacent to the cabin. Owner pays for water, tenants pay for electric and cable. there is central air and heat. Please, no smoking in the building (there is an outdoor patio). Prefer no pets at all, but with a strong pet deposit and a quiet well-behaved pet, we might discuss it. Unit is available as of March 1. Prefer one year lease, but 5-6 months is possible. No extra fees except for the one-month security deposit. Prefer only one or two occupants, primarily because parking is tight. There is no adjacent yard, except for the small patio, so it's not ideal for children.
