All utilities are covered, free fast internet, and a smartTV. You have a room with a desk/chair, bedside table, lamp, SmartTVand rug. The kitchen has new appliances and a gas stove. Bring your personal items and move in! There is currently a female housemate, so we are renting to females for her comfort. Come check it out!! Equal opportunity rental. You have parking in the driveway or on the street in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a place for parking a bike or scooter, as well. You also have a housekeeper who will clean the shared spaces once per month. The house specialist does have an office space upstairs that it utilized during the day. Our current senior is a serious student that requires quiet and peace for study. There is a no smoking or vaping policy. If you smoke, please do so outside away from the doors to the house. No pets please. We have a current female and will rent to females for her comfort, at this time.
