You will then be taken to another screen with Rent Cafe. 4: You will enter your move-in date, and 12-month lease, and click "Apply Now." PLEASE NOTE: All lease prices are for twelve (12) month lease terms. Seven (7) to eleven (11) month lease terms are available for an additional (+) $150.00 per month. 5: You will create your Applicant portal and complete your application. 6: On Step 4: Additional Applicants, you can add and send the email invite link to any additional roommate(s) or guarantor(s).
