Owner will be traveling for several weeks, but a male roommate lives in the basement. Close to AATA bus stop. Plum Market, Busch's and Kroger are close by as well as UM North Campus and UM Hospital. Street parking. No animals allowed, no smoking, incidents of verbal or physical altercations on property is grounds for lease termination, must share responsibility of managing garbage bins and snow/ice removal on walkway and porch.
