Yard care is now included in the rent and they will be mulching the beds, planting a couple palms in the front, and planting a Clusia (Pitch Apple) hedge across the back fence for privacy. I am looking for a long term tenant who will appreciate everything being new and take care of the home. I include the lawn service with the rent & the tenant is responsible for their own utilities. The home is on city water, sewer, and irrigation water & it has a sprinkler system.
