Home built in early 2000s, three story Victorian home on private 5 acre lot. Newish appliances - shared kitchen / living / laundry etc.. areas. Two medium rooms w/ connecting jack and jill bathroom w/ tub/shower. One large private bedroom disconnected from the other bedrooms. Pets are allowed. Smoking is ok, we have exterior decks on both sides of home if needed. Plenty of outside space and parking. We are looking for people who are looking to stay for at least 3-12 months. Utilities divided usually end up around 150 per person depending on the time of year.
