We love our sweet home and we can't wait for you to love it too! This rental is for mid term stays (approx. 30 to 90 days). Our home is fully furnished, has a large backyard with a charcoal grill, herb garden, and string lights. We are close to all Columbia area hospitals and downtown areas. Located within Forest Acres it is quiet and safe. You will have a secure keypad check-in. No pets are allowed. Weekly trash/recycling pick up from the city of Forest Acres. In home laundry facilities with modern Samsung W/D for your use. Wifi and utilities included. Roku/tv apps. Plenty of closet storage on arrival. May park off street under carport. Space will accommodate one spouse along with traveler. We will leave you a list of all the great restaurants we frequent and fun things we love to do in our home base on your arrival! Soda City Market is a must on Saturdays and 2 mi from our home. In Columbia you will find great bars and restaurants, multiple river access points (kayaking, tubing, canoeing, fishing), multiple walking/hiking/biking trails, a great art museum, music venues, and more to keep you busy while not working! You are 30 min. from Irmo/Chapin areas, 10 min. from West Columbia, 2 hours from the NC mountains, and 2 hours from Charleston, South Carolina. Fort Jackson is 5.4mi away as well!
