    This tiny house features: - Propane oven and 3-burner stove - On-demand hot water - 3/4 size fridge - California King memory foam mattress in sleeping loft - Easily storable ladder for loft - Clothes closet - Raw cedar wall panelling - Bamboo floors - Storage loft - Fold down table - Radiant wall heater - 30" x 30" shower stall - Nature's Head ventilated composting toilet - Portable A/C (for summer months) It's 140 square feet of internal space, plus a 40 square foot sleeping loft (where you can sit up or crawl, but not stand). The space is furnished with a mattress, a small bench, and a few other pieces of furniture that fit the space particularly well. The included pictures do show some of the current renter's possessions. Additionally, there is a small yard area with table and chairs available for your use. You will be also have access to a large, locked shed for storage of up to 2 bikes and an 8' x 2' shelf (for bins, etc). You will have access to larger communal backyard spaces. Washer/dryer is free to use, but accessible in separate unit. Due to a lack of on-street parking in the neighborhood, we would strongly prefer that a renter either not own a car or that they rent an on-site parking spot for an additional $50 monthly. This is a great space for a single person who is looking for an inexpensive, sustainable, and off-beat living situation. The tiny house is on a large residential lot with 3 other units and a total of 6 other adults. We are a small community composed of a bike mechanic, a middle school teacher, an entrepreneur, a marketing professional, and a videographer. We do have a few community backyard BBQ's over the year and generally try to cultivate a positive and communitarian vibe. The renter will be responsible for handling the composting toilet, which will need to be emptied every 2-6 weeks depending on use. It isn't as bad as you'd think! Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. It's a small space for an animal and we'd mostly want to verify that the situation will work for you.
