The location of this house is amazing! It is near OCU, Paseo, Downtown. All of the hardwood floors have been recently redone and the widows were replaced this year (2019). The new oven and washer and dryer stay with the property, as well as the fire pit and grill that are on the patio in the oversized backyard. This house is pet friendly and perfect for a couple or college students. The floors and bathroom have been redone (and the shower is extra high so it is perfect for someone taller or someone that loves waterfall showers)! The neighborhood is safe and just blocks away from Dennison Park and Will Rogers Park. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard care.
