This wonderful apartment complex is a hidden little gem! It's very close to stores, shopping, dining, everything you need, while tucked away in a wooded area two minutes from Broad Street. I personally lived here for 10 months and enjoyed my time. (I left as I purchased a home.) Karen in the rental office is very friendly, helpful and competent. The few times I put in a service request, the problem was remedied within 24 hours. The units are a bit dated, but are clean, fresh, and include a real wood burning fireplace! This is a ground floor unit with its own front door... no annoying, smelly apartment hallways in this complex! As I mentioned, I recently purchased a home and left before the end of my lease. If you are interested in renting, please contact me and I will be able to put you in touch with the rental office as I must find my replacement renter. You would sublease from me only for the first month (May), however it's not a true sublease as you will be put in contact with the rental office and go through the same service as anyone else would. Come check the place out!! You will like it!! THIS UNIT IS AVAILABLE FOR A 3, 6, 9 or 12 MONTH LEASE TERM! Your choice! You will be subletting from the current renter for the first month, however you will be set up directly with the apartment management for the duration of your lease.
