This neighborhood DID NOT flood in Harvey! This home is a perfect starter home. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house. It was remodeled in 2017 with new laminate wood flooring, new paint, master bath redone with a nice walk in shower and new kitchen countertops. There is a deck in the backyard which makes for a nice sitting and grilling area and the backyard stays nice and shaded with trees. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Neighbors are friendly!
