My wife and I lived in this beautiful condo for about 10 years and moved out a couple of years ago. Here are the few things we will miss: amazing views, good lighting, old charm, easy access to I-5, drinking wine while watching the Christmas ship parade with choir go by, great & quiet neighbors, SeaFair people watching, beautiful hardwood floors, Le Fournil, running to Gas Works-Interlaken-EastLake, having a morning coffee on the deck as the crew boats go by, membership at the crew house 1 block away for exercise and rowing and walking to Volunteer Park Cafe. Our condo is about 750 SF and is one bedroom and one bath with dining nook. One great thing about this condo is that you can see the water and huge trees from nearly every room in the condo (deck, living room, kitchen, dining nook). It is very private! Water and garbage included in rent. Street parking only. Garbage, sewer, water included. Electricity and internet are the responsibility of the tenant.
