Hi there! Our house (2 roommates) has an opening for a third to take the finished basement ASAP. The unit is fully updated with kitchen, full bath, central AC, and separate entrance. The w/d is shared and is located in the house's laundry room right at the top of the basement's indoor entrance. There is a completely separate entrance through the backyard that leads directly into the unit for privacy. We are both young professionals that prefer a clean and quiet living space. I do a lot of gardening (thanks COVID) and have created an enjoyable backyard that you are welcome to use! If you are interested in a large English basement that will give you privacy and tranquility, reach out. I'm happy to schedule a viewing whenever. We share utilities ($53 a month for ultra highspeed internet, $30 for AC/Heat) and your rent would be $1400. The landlord accepts Venmo and is super nice and responsive. I do a lot of maintenance to the house when possible but have never had a problem contacting the landlord when needed. The neighborhood is great, a lot of older grandparents and young families, and you're a 5 min walk from Colony Club Coffee, Heat Da Spot, and Call Your Mother. The Green Line Georgia Ave metro is a 10 min walk from the house.
