Built in 1982 and owned by 4 or 5 people before me. Someone remodeled it at one point but didn’t know what they where doing or where in a rush. My wife and I have spent the last few years rebuilding and replacing most everything. New laminate floors. High energy efficient windows and exterior door. Rebuilt the deck and burnt/stained it. Added a wet bar upstairs. New roof, new upstairs shower and vanity, new furnace 2018, replaced fence ( new post are metal so never have to be replaced just unscrew). 2019 added a new 440 sq ft addition with a new bedroom new bathroom with jacuzzi jet tub and extended the living room.
