A second bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor. A third bedroom and bathroom, laundry room , and game room w/pool table are located in the walk-out daylight basement. Watch the deer and other wildlife while enjoying a quiet cup of coffee on the wrap-around deck complete with a hot tub. Enjoy the shared stocked pond with a fountain and dock. Located 14 minutes to UT and 12 minutes to the airport, Big Hoss has easy access to all the amenities of Knoxville without the traffic.
