You enter the home to find the living room next to a full kitchen where you can prepare a big meal with all the necessary supplies. Conveniently, there are two full bathrooms, the first with a newly designed walk-in shower and the main bedroom offers a double sink and vanity. As you walk down the hallway you will find the first bedroom with bunkbeds, followed by a stackable washer and dryer that's fully stocked, finishing with the main bedroom in the back of the home. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the front patio and wave to the neighbors walking by the NOLA way! Guest access You will have full access to the property, yet the front and backyard are shared with one full-time resident. Home is equipped with Smart TVs, Full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and more! Pets We welcome furry friends as long as they are 25lbs or less. We have a small backyard for them to use the bathroom, if needed. Home is furnished, and we accept both long term and monthly leases. There is also a shared backyard with an eight foot privacy fence. Street parking only. Pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $500.00 refundable deposit. No smoking inside the home.
