These facts on this listing are not accurate. This house was a foreclosure and the bank purchased it back for $168,000.00. The house is falling apart. Numerous problems including foundation. Whomever entered that this house sold for $342+ thousand dollars has lied. The sale of the house dipped down since the forclosue to $158,000.00 and it couldn't be sold. The fireplace is not working. The oven is not working. The master bathroom shower freezes up in the winter and backs up. A pipe is leaking within the walls. Check the garage side wall in the middle for water streaks. The patio stilts are cracked and shifted. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. The A/C doesn't cool and the heater does heat. Electric bill is high due to poor insulation and bad window sealing. In the summer you will need window units upstairs in the bedrooms and in the winter you will need electric potable heaters. The attic A/C insulation is horrible and had to be retaped due to the builder not sealing the air vent system seams. Still would come apart. Air lost in the attic. Downstairs stays cool to freezing. Upstairs stays cool in the kitchen and dining room and living room. The rest of the house you sweat or freeze depending on the temperature. I am not going to comment on the neighbors. It makes it look bad for the five great ones, none within a stones throw. Turn away while you still have the chance. The HOA is the worst. The only families who like the HOA are the families who make up the board members. Your neighbors.Run! Run quickly in the opposite direction. You'll thank Zillow for the advice. Also the compressor outside in the back is bad. The water heater is brand new. Purchased June 2015 in the garage. The property appears to be sinking on the right side in the back almost like a sinkhole beginning. Whomever lied that this house sold for $342+ thousand dollars in November of 2015, place back that this was a foreclosure and list it for its true buy back value.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
