Built in 2014, this one bedroom apartment features 10' ceilings, washer/dryer in unit, and spacious closet and cabinet room. As this is a third floor corner unit, it includes a balcony over 1st Avenue and easy access to the stairwell. The building is access controlled and features an oversize elevator that makes moving large items easy. The complex includes a communal swimming pool, off-street parking, easy access to I-670/I-71, and a nice recreational room that can be reserved for parties. The off-street parking includes a reserved space that would normally require a long wait-list process, but mine passes to the new tenant. Along with this parking spot, another added bonus is that we will cover the security deposit for the apartment. They are very pet-friendly here, and you will often see people out with their dogs. We have never had reason to complain about excessive noise, and the walls seem to dampen sound fairly well. Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and ample cabinet space. Next to the leasing office there is GoFitness (a gym that I've frequented and includes a discount for residents) as well as the Hoof Hearted bar/brewery (also frequented). High Street and the Short North are a pleasant 10 minute walk away through the Italian Village, so you're never far from a good time. Tenant responsible for gas, electricity, and water. Paid off-street parking (skip waitlist!). Washer and dryer in unit. Pet friendly.
